Mentoring
In addition to those seeking permanent employment, we also have a
mentoring programme through which we provide opportunities for those
still undergoing formal training in related disciplines in various
institutions to gain industry experience and undergo tutelage under
an assigned mentor in our organisation. We hope to bridge the gap
that exists between the industry and the curricula being used in
most of our training institutions and more important contribute our
modest quota to the overall development of our society by giving
